One county and 46 enterprises in Lishui City are on the list

Recently, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and the Provincial Department of Economics and Information Technology issued a document to determine the second batch of key pilot units for the implementation of the international standard for innovation management intellectual property rights. Jinyun County of our city was selected into the second batch of key pilot areas, and 46 enterprises including Zhejiang Changer Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. were selected into the list of key pilot enterprises.

It is reported that the international standard “Innovation Management-Guidelines for Intellectual Property Management (ISO56005)” is the first international standard for intellectual property management proposed and promoted by my country, and is an important part of the international standard system for innovation management. The standard aims to establish corporate intellectual property strategic management awareness, build a complete intellectual property management framework, and embed intellectual property management activities into the entire innovation process from the aspects of understanding the organizational environment, establishing systematic intellectual property management, comprehensive intellectual property management responsibilities, culture, human resources, finance and legal considerations.

In 2023, our city was selected into the first batch of national pilot list for the implementation of international standards for innovation management-intellectual property rights. In order to promote the deep integration of enterprise technological innovation and intellectual property rights and guide enterprises to promote and implement the international standard “Guidelines for Intellectual Property Management of Innovation Management (ISO56005)”, our city carefully formulated a pilot work plan, planning to achieve 100% online registration rate of “GB/T29490 National Standard” standard-compliant enterprises, advantage demonstration enterprises and “little giants” by the end of 2025; the participation rate of national intellectual property advantage demonstration enterprises and national specialized “little giants” in the online intellectual property and innovation capability digital assessment reached 100%, with more than 150 enterprises participating in the assessment; 6 enterprises carried out graded evaluation and continued effective operation; cultivated more than 1,500 high-value invention patents to support the innovative development of enterprises and industries, and built more than 20 intellectual property strong enterprises, hidden champion enterprises and specialized “little giants”. Up to now, more than 100 enterprises have been organized to carry out online assessment.
