By using the “Intelligent Real Estate Governance” platform, we can break through data barriers and create a full-chain integrated service scenario for real estate registration of newly built commercial housing, so as to realize the online handling of related businesses such as pre-registration, pre-registration + pre-mortgage combination registration, first registration, transfer + mortgage combination registration, and tax payment.
