On the morning of November 10, the 2024 Shaoxing Marathon started at the Municipal Olympic Sports Center. 28,000 runners started passionately and enjoyed the “most cultural marathon”.
The 2024 Shaoxing Marathon is strictly held in accordance with the World Athletics Federation Elite Label Event and the China Athletics Association A1 Class Event Standards. Among the 28,000 participants, 9,000 marathons, 14,000 half marathons, and 5,000 mini runs are the largest number of participants in history. It also attracted overseas players from 13 countries and regions including the United States, Japan, and Russia to sign up.
At 7:30 a.m., leaders and guests collectively fired the starting gun for the 2024 Shaoxing Marathon to cheer for the grand event.
